At the Meet the Author program organized by Palakkad District Public Library and Mathrubhumi Books, She was speaking on the occasion of her book BhutanVishudha Brathinte Vazhitharakal .She said that she should not be described as a woman writer or a traveler. Being a woman, I received some privileges in some places, like during the Bastar journey. The book Bhutan Vishudha Brathinte Vazhitharakal , tells the stories of my solo travels in Bhutan. , Mrs. Nandini Menon said. Dr. P.R. Jayaseelan introduced Mrs. Nandini Menon. He said there is a human element in her writing. The writer interacted with the readers. Mr. K. Ashok Thampan led the discussion. District Library Secretary Mr. T.R. Ajayan and Mr. Suresh Mohan spoke in the programme.

Palakkad District Collectors face to face program with students was held today. If students, who face constant competition in society, want to achieve the success they desire in life, District Collector G. Priyanka IAS said that hard work, skill development and reading are essential for achieving ones goals. The District Collector Day, conceived and implemented by District Collector G.Priyanka IAS, takes place every Wednesday at 10 am in the District Collectors Chamber and the District Public Library.The District Collectors third face to face meeting with students took place today, Friday. They also urged children to make antidrug campaigns, proper diet, and an indomitable desire to gain knowledge, action, and constant effort to achieve goals a part of their lives. The district administration is implementing this project in collaboration with the Palakkad District Public Library, the State Education Department, and the State Bank of India. 26 students from Palakkad and Kottayi Govt. High School came face to face with the District Collector. All the participating students were presented with books signed by the Collector. Afterwards, the children, teachers, and 6 interns of the Collectorate visited the Palakkad District Public Library and found time for reading.

Priyanka IAS stated that hard work, skill development, and reading are essential for students who face constant competition in society to achieve the success they desire in life. Every Wednesday at 10 am in the District Collectors Chamber under the name Inspirational Wednesday. The Collector was speaking after inaugurating the District Collectors program with the students. Campaign against drugs, proper diet, indomitable desire to gain knowledge and action, she also urged the youth to make constant effort to achieve their goals a habit of life.The district administration is implementing this project in collaboration with the Palakkad District Public Library, the State Education Department, and the State Bank of India. 25 students of Palakkad PMG High School came face to face with the District Collector. All the students shared their future goals with the Collector and got their doubts cleared. District Public Library Secretary T.R. Ajayan, State Bank of India Chief Manager Vinod Kumar, PMG High School Head Mistress Nirmala interacted with the children. All the participating students were presented with books signed by the Collector. The children and teachers then visited the Palakkad District Public Library and found time for reading.This gathering will continue every Wednesday with students from each school in Palakkad district.

Writer Ms. Manasi said that art is a solace for the mind. He was speaking while inaugurating a gathering on the theme Ozhuvukalam at the Balavedi of Palakkad District Public Library. Manasi appreciated the librarys continuous efforts, saying that it is a reminder that children have a great future ahead of them. District Public Library Secretary Mr. T.R. Ajayan presided over the function. Prof. K. Mohandas, Jyothibai Pariyadath, Mohandas Sreekrishnapuram and Santhappan Master spoke. Then the childrens theatre members presented cultural programmes.
